Primarily responsible for providing customer services in the Dealership Service Workshop through liaising between the customer and the workshop, monitoring the progress of vehicles being serviced, giving technical advice on maintenance and repair needs and proper and timely compliance with service reception procedural, documentation and reportorial requirements as prescribed by AUTOHUB, Company, Plant/Manufacturer and/or government regulatory bodies.
