Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times by assisting all clients' service inquiries and requests
Setting service appointments, processing repair orders, quotations, and invoices
Providing phone and face-to-face customer support
Internally coordinating service work to adhere to commitments made to clients
Estimating costs and turnaround time, and maintaining customer updating to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
Bachelor/College degree holder specializing in Mechanical/Automotive Technology or any related course;
Preferably knows how to drive with a valid driver's license;
With at least 3 years work experience as Service Advisor in an automotive luxury retail company;
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice General Services Automotive 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
