Job description
POSITION - SERVICE ADMIN
Performs data entry and other clerical tasks necessary in the service department.
Organizes the office and assists associates to optimize processes.
Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Sorts and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Ensures excellent customer service is provided, including answering.
Customer and other concerns/inquiry through phone calls and email.
Assists in preparing schedule of Service Technicians and Helpers, forms and other documents.
Other tasks initiated by the management depending on the need in the Human Resource department.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course in College.
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize and manage multi-task
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Willing to work in Parañaque City
