Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible for administrative support in Service Department operations including sales and promotion.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures that all tools are complete and the receiving list is duly signed by clients upon release of Foton vehicles.
2. Ensures that all documents of new Foton vehicles units received from FMPI are properly filed (DR and stencil copy, Warranty Booklet and Unit Tools).
3. Submits Receiving Report (RR) to FMPI for all received New Foton Vehicles.
4. Performs Parts reconciliation and process Parts return to FMPI.
5. Assists all clients who purchase vehicle parts over the counter.
6.Responsible in processing department petty request, liquidations and reimbursements.
7. Monitors office supplies and inventory and processes replenishment when needed.
8. Processes and submits weekly and monthly report (ASPR) to FMPI.
9. Properly files service admin reports, memos and incoming and outgoing documents.
10. Properly files all documents of repaired units prior for the released (Body &Paint repair /BPR)
11. Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior and General Manager from time to time.
EDUCATION
Graduate of at least 4 years course
Marketing or Management Degree
EXPERIENCE
2-4 years experienced.
KNOWLEDGE
Selling Strategies
SKILLS
Computer Skills
Good Communication Skills
Driving Skills is advantage.
