SEO Specialist (Remote)

And we're looking for an SEO Specialist to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create, automate, and track search and traffic metrics.
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
Assess websites and tools to recommend keywords, link strategies, and web analytics.
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
Researching, recommending and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine ranking
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
Evaluate and fix websites based on technical factors, on-page analysis, and backlink profiles to summarize the current SEO strength the site.
Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Create link-building roadmaps that include various strategies including but not limited to broken linking building, moving man method, business citations, and guest postings.
Schedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)
Location: This is a remote job
Qualifications:
At least 1 year proven experience as a SEO Specialist
Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Solid organizational and time management skills and keen attention to detail
Able to work on a graveyard shift (US time zones)
Tech Savvy
Proactive attitude
Technical Requirements:

Working Webcam
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
