Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing at Logix, the SEO Specialist will be tasked with designing and implementing On Page, Off Page & SEO Content strategies for Logix BPO and associated brands.
 
As our business expands and adapts to an increasingly digital marketplace, the need for aggressive organic brand development and progression is required; not only do we need to increase our Google footprint, but we need to ensure that we are compliant and up to date in our ethical and safe SEO processes.
 
We're looking for someone who is methodical, execution-first, and that can thrive in an ambitious and ambiguous environment. Experience using APIs to extract data and meaningful insights is a big plus.
 
Requirements for the SEO Specialist
 
·       Hold a strong understanding of all aspects of SEO (onsite, offsite and technical) and how to apply it strategically to achieve results.
·       Be able to audit and analyse client websites to provide well-defined and detailed SEO actions.
·       Understand how to put together impactful SEO and keyword strategies and how to perform optimal keyword research
·       Understand the importance of offsite SEO and be able to assist with ideation for pitches journalists will love.
·       Experience using and setting up APIs such as Screaming Frog
·       Some knowledge of HTML
·       Experience in setting up and managing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
 
Experience & Skill for the SEO Specialist
 
·       Minimum 3 years proven experience in SEO, ideally agency-side
Content writing, proofing and editing
·       Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
·       A demonstrable understanding of the latest Search Engine Optimisation tactics
·       Confident with using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and SEO tools such as ahrefs/Semrush.
·       Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
·       Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once 
Note: This position requires working from our office location in Cebu.
