As AXA Website's SEO Champion, the role will manage the overall search engine optimization of the website. It is essential for the role to be up-to-date with SEO strategy, trends, new technologies and marketing trends.
Responsible improving, auditing and maintaining search engine optimized content. Ensuring that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase the AXA's online presence, awareness, SEO ranking and SERP competitiveness.
Perform keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities of AXA's Products and Services. Researching and implementing SEO content strategy recommendations and guidelines for organic SEO success. Write and translate marketing copy and assets of AXA to Search Engine Optimized content for web.
The SEO Manager will take lead in AXA Website's SEO direction and efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. Duties will also monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Administer and manage Search Engine Optimization projects and initiatives in correspondence to the directive of CSE eCommerce Web Team, Business Units and Stakeholders.

2-3 Years Experience as SEO Manager, SEO Lead, SEO Specialist, SEO Technical Specialist, Website Optimization Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing
Knowledge Area
Knowledge and experience in SEO and Web Analytics (Website URL Structure, Meta Data, Ad Platforms, UTM tags and etc.)
Hands on experience in Keyword Research, Web Traffic Metrics and SEO Reporting
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Google Web Master Tools), Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Facebook Pixel) and Online Marketing Tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google AdWords, Facebook Business and etc.)
Experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills.
SEM experience managing campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Bing and other Search Engines
Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Digital Marketing (Organic, Search, Display, Social, Email and etc.)
Apt in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, web traffic and etc.)
