Position Summary
The Search Expert is an Above Market SPOC, supporting SBUs & Zone eBusiness Category Leads to drive creation and implementation of Integrated eBusiness Plans
A day in the life of...
Support the assigned Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Markets to drive the creation and implementation of the Search IeBPs strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the IeBP objectives and key performance indicators more effectively and efficiently.
Create, manage and optimize paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms and Voice Search.
Assigned search agency relationship owner at Zone/Market level, providing regular performance and optimization reports to the Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Market eBusiness Lead.
Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, from beginner to advanced level across Search holistically through training sessions, workshops, webinars and written guidelines
Deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders in driving change and pushing a cross market agenda.
What will make you successful
Experience with:
Holistic Search (SEO, Paid and eRetail)
Team management (at least 2 years)
Effective Stakeholder Management
Project Management
At least 5 years experience in:
Digital Marketing
SEO
eBusiness with large FMCG brands
Extensive knowledge of Search end to end process
International agency experience
Successfully delivered on KPIs
