As part of the RingCentral Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement, and lead all aspects of the ways we share RingCentral's message with the world. You'll use data, technology, and creativity to target, communicate, measure, and adjust with precision- and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
Summary:
RingCentral is looking for an SEO Link Building Specialist who will work closely with other SEO team members under the direct supervision of the Associate SEO Director, this role represents a great opportunity for the right candidate to showcase previously defined skills to develop their career whilst adding to the required growth for the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquire "white-hat", targeted backlinks per quarterly targets, using a wide range of link building methods (established relationships, broken links, competitors' links, etc.)
Build and implement relationships with leaders with vision, bloggers for link building outreach
Supervise performance, analyzing/interpreting data, drawing conclusions from findings, and making recommendations
Improve our link building strategy
Be up to date with the latest SEO trends
Qualifications:
At least 2 years' link building experience in-house or agency side
Track record of developing sophisticated outreach strategies
Have an understanding of different link types
Leading your time and resources to ensure all work is completed on time to the required standard
Ability to provide evidence of transparency / successful link campaigns
Understand algorithm changes and adapt requirements to ensure continued measurable delivery
Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with exciting demands and efficient prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills are written and oral
Proficiency with web analytics and Excel is a plus
Be familiar with SEO tools including Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz & Ahref
