Position Overview
PhotoUp is looking for an in-house SEO specialist to work on our own internal assets with a very limited client based work (yay!). The applicant will conduct keyword research with SEMRush and collaborate with the CMO (chief marketing officer) and CEO to create, manage and optimize google Adwords campaigns, oversee content and technical optimization of our WordPress websites and blogs and be responsible for maintaining, improving keyword rankings, increase organic traffic and track and optimize website lead conversions. We require a highly technical and detailed applicant who is kind, positive, and has above average English communication skills to work with our USA team. You can either work from home through 2021 or you can work from our Cebu based and fully socially distanced office near IT Park.

Key Responsibilities
Set and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic to the companies core websites and also the websites of our clients.
Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords.
Onsite Optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO copy optimization, sitemaps review/maintenance, etc.
Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary and report to management and clients weekly on progress.
Keep abreast of the latest SEO tools and techniques and communicate learnings to non-SEO co-workers.
Experience
3-5 years of technical SEO experience and an eagerness to self learn/research
Excellent time management and communication skills required
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords
Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Moz or similar
Experience setting up, optimizing, and creating an internal site search strategy
Understanding of HTML and CSS is helpful
Experience creating a strategy or resolving SEO issues
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business or IT related field preferred
Compensation
Pay starts at P15-20K+ per month DOE w/ incentive structure
10 days paid leave (sick or holiday, up to you) year 1, 15 days in year 2 and 20 days in year 3
