The ideal candidate will have Call Center BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Global HR Experience.
The Role:
The Senior Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing the people and human resources strategy supporting Support Service Groups global contact centers. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function including employee relations, diversity and inclusion programs, mergers and acquisitions, employee retention, and compensation/benefits administration.
The ideal candidate must be able to balance the demands of coaching a diverse team of HR professionals, while supporting the organization during significant growth. This role will work closely with the senior leadership to lead our global HR strategy to improve drive operational excellence through employee development, compensation, legal compliance, and talent management.
This Senior HR Leadership role will oversee and direct all HR operations across our call center network. Support Services Group currently operates in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Regional HR leaders across our call center network.
Partner with the COO and Executive Leadership team to ensure our culture is embedded in all organizational activities.
Provide an atmosphere of positive employee relations through effective policies, training, and counseling, and ensuring that all local local laws are understood and followed.
Partner with the corporate finance team to manage the payroll process.
Oversee and evaluate global benefits administration
Maintain KPIs, and action plans focused on employee retention and engagement
Act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership regarding management organizational issues and plans
Maintain legal compliance in all areas of responsibility, including records retention and administration.
Requirements:
Experience in Call Center or BPO preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field
Experience with Global HR practices (US, Nearshore, and Offshore experience preferred).
10 years of progressive leadership experience with 5 years leading HR teams at a senior level
SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
Experience in managing through mergers and acquisition
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
Excellent Computer Skills
