Your Team
As a member of Avaloq's global design team you will become a part of a talented and highly motivated group of designers, product managers, product owners, and engineers that are responsible for shaping Avaloq's product offering. You will play an integral role in this process by ensuring a design driven and human centered innovation and development approach leading to solutions that re-envisage our users financial experience.
Your mission
Oversee the user experience of a product in partnership with product managers, UX teams, UX researchers, and engineers
Support defining, crafting, and evolving designs, and facilitate design decisions for the product that continually raise our bar for quality
Effectively communicate product goals and connect related projects to enable joint decisions across products
Guide and mentor the product design team and cultivate a healthy design process
Collaborate with agile leaders and DesignOps colleagues to support project management, planning, and staffing
What you need
Minimum of 5 years work experience as a UX Designer encompassing a wide range of UX, IX, Visual, and IA disciplines
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design and UX research teams, and facilitate across organisations
Expertise in driving product designs with the ability to develop product goals and make research and data driven decisions based identify opportunities
Experience to represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
Familiarity with project management methods knowledge of project management and business controlling tools are a plus
Proficiency using Figma or other relevant design tools
