We are looking for a Senior Unity Engineer who can help ensure that our VR experiences are built to satisfy customer requirements, provide a truly immersive and realistic VR experience, exhibit good performance and reflect the best engineering practices in the industry. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has extensive experience in working with multi-functional teams globally.
Responsibilities:
Consistently update the Unity Game Engine when needed to stable releases
Help to ensure code architecture and structure is up to standards and cleaned
Coordinate multiple build targets and merge into a clean repo for master build
Work with tools to assist in automation of building and maintaining automation of building via UCB and AWS
Follow development processes for multiple external European development teams and coordinate with US-based development management
Assist in any mentorship and Unity best practices
Position Requirements:
Unity Expert
Experience in QA for Virtual Reality
Prior gameplay engineering a must
Ability to develop, coordinate and monitor schedules
Coding skills in Unity / C#
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work well in teams
Ability to manage complex projects and multitask
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Education : Computer Science major preferred
