What it's about
You will be part of Partners Group's Investment Operations team based in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of investment related information across various asset classes including Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure. In addition, you will be involved in reconciling and monitoring data accuracy and interaction with a variety of internal teams.
Main responsibilities:
Create new and maintain existing investment structures in our internal system based on third party tax and legal advice,
Execute ad-hoc adjustments and complex restructurings of investment structures with our internal system,
Manage processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness with various checks and balances to corporate registers and supporting documentation,
Liaise with internal and external teams to fulfil requirements and completeness of investment structures set up in our internal system,
Ensure diligent understanding of overall process and strict adherence to procedures,
Manage workflow to meet timelines
What we expect
University degree in accounting, business administration, law or equivalent
Well organized, self-driven and meticulous
Ability to lead complex projects and can effectively manage stakeholders across different Business Departments
Possess an enterprising mindset and identify areas of improvement and develop and execute solutions
Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to read and understand corporate documents
Deadline orientated and the ability to complete assigned tasks independently
Ability to integrate with a dynamic and multi-cultural growing team
Preferred: 5 years of experience working in the operations team of a private markets or financial services company
