Responsibilities: Define, own, and communicate system-wide test strategy and test coverage plans appropriate for the product, epic, and release requirements. Functionally lead and review the test plans and strategies of ART Agile teams to ensure alignment with the system-wide test strategy Designs complex test cases that covers relevant non-functional requirements on performance, scalability, etc. Identifies quality risks around system and product interactions, dependencies and proposes solutions and mitigating actions. Ensure the implementation of the system-wide test strategy by closely coordinating and collaborating with the Agile teams, management, support teams, and stakeholders Design the system-wide test infrastructure Drive the expansion of test automation in the department Monitor and analyze test execution and results. Regularly assess and analyze risks Provide technical leadership and mentoring Investigates, researches and champions adoption of relevant test technologies, tools, best practices, and innovation to improve and optimize testing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field 8+ years of experience in software testing and test automation Proficient in one or more software testing and test automation tools/framework 5+ years of experience in testing web, mobile, desktop, or cloud-based applications 5+ years of experience in performance and security testing Knowledge and expertise in testing and quality assurance processes and best practices Advanced testing certification is an advantage Experience in working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
