Job Description
You'll operate as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and key member of a cross-functional Product Delivery Team consisting of other engineers and subject matter experts. This is a hands-on quality engineering role where you'll be dedicated to the top priorities of your team, as a committed member. In addition to being a hand-on Senior Quality Engineer, this role will require you to mentor junior quality engineers and advocate/evangelize for best quality assurance practices amongst the colleagues on your team.
Candidate must be willing to work in Night Shift and Work-from-home set-up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a university in computer science or mathematics
8+ Years Software Engineering/Development experience
5 or more years testing automation experience
3 or more years of client-side automation experience with Selenium WebDriver or 3 or more years with another client automation framework
Minimum 1 year experience using Cucumber/Jherkin
Minimum 1 year experience using MongoDB
Experience with Serenity BDD and Spring Framework preferred
Hands-on coding experience in one high level language
Must have Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) knowledge.
Must demonstrate ability to create and execute simple to moderate complexity SQL queries/scripts.
Ability to be proactive and work independently with limited direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
Experience translating functional and non-functional requirements and writing test plans
Experience with an issue and tracking software such as Jira
Results-oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
