Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
15% - Develop/Update Competency-Based Training Curriculum
15% - Conduct the implementation of center training program
15% - Undertake analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies
15% - Conduct competency assessment
10% - Mentor/Coach trainees
10% - Coordinate and/or conceptualize events related to the training center activities
10% - Prepare and submit required reports and
10% - Perform other related functions.
