THE ROLEThe Senior Technical Consultant - will play a key role in analyzing, configuring, and supporting digital banking products and customer journeys. This role focuses on requirements gathering, product analysis, functional validation, and support for Temenos Infinity modules, ensuring seamless digital experiences for banking clients. The consultant will act as a bridge between L1 support teams, product engineering, and client stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved with clear technical analysis and best practices
OPPORTUNITIES
You will provide Level-2 technical support for Temenos Infinity platforms (web, mobile, omnichannel) across client environments.
You will oversee incident resolution, debugging, and RCA for complex digital banking issues.
You will manage and optimize API/microservices integration between Infinity, Transact, and external systems.
You will ensure system availability, performance tuning, and scalability of digital channels.
You will guide the team in troubleshooting front-end (web/mobile) and middleware components.
You will define and enforce technical best practices, coding standards, and deployment guidelines.
You will collaborate with product engineering and architecture teams to deliver upgrades, hotfixes, and patches.
You will lead validation of digital customer journeys, payment flows, onboarding processes, and integrations.
You will manage and mentor a team of technical consultants and analysts, providing technical governance.

SKILLS
You should have at least 5+ years in Temenos Infinity or equivalent digital banking platforms.
You should have strong expertise in Infinity architecture, digital channels (mobile, web), and customer journey configuration.
You should have hands-on experience in Temenos Quantum (Visualizer and Mobile Fabric).
You should have proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, microservices, JSON, and web services.
You should have hands-on experience in debugging middleware layers, API gateways, and integrations with Temenos Transact.
You should have strong programming/scripting experience (Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular/React, or similar frameworks).
You should have solid knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).
You should have experience with cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
You should have proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
You should have familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
You should have proficiency in Android and iOS app debugging.
You should have hands-on exposure to Apache Cordova.
You should have knowledge of Mobile performance tuning, application security and MDM (Mobile Device Management) Integration.
You should have Temenos certification in Infinity Digital Banking.
You should have experience with mobile application frameworks (iOS/Android) and web UI troubleshooting.
You should have exposure to regulatory compliance in digital banking (KYC, AML, GDPR, PSD2).
