Job Description
We are in need of an exceptional Technical Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing in-house Technology team. As a capable, motivated self-starter, you will hit the ground running with your outstanding requirement gathering, documentation and delivery skills, leading business critical initiatives and help further the standards for documentation within the business.
This role will define requirements for new features on our brand websites as part of the Web Squad as well as mapping out business process and systems process for automation initiatives for the Operations squad. This is a great opportunity to learn about the property industry and application of technology to support buying/selling of property.
As part of this role you will:
Be responsible for documenting requirements (as-is and to-be) for new features, business process and systems integration
Supporting the Product Owner(s) in requirement gathering from internal stakeholders
Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices and understanding the systems that support these processes
Working closely with technical architects to ensure solution documentation adheres to the business and functional requirements
Collaborate with the cross-functional squad to ensure that all requirements are fully understood and the delivered work will meet the desired business outcomes
Creating User and Training documentation, and conducting user training where appropriate
Engage in Agile software development activities including team sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Drive continuous documentation and delivery improvements
Qualifications
We would love to hear from Technical Business Analyst who:
Have extensive experience working with internal/external stakeholders to formulate and document business requirements
Ability to take a complex business requirement and break it down into small, understandable, deliverable tasks
Experience working on web based applications including understanding responsive, component based design and content management systems
Experience working on technical projects understanding data mapping and how systems can integrate
Be comfortable working in a small, cross-functional development team
Experience working on automation projects or initiatives a benefit for this role
Technical skills required to best perform in the role:
4+ years experience as a Business Analyst
Relevant formal qualifications, training and/or certifications
Experience documenting requirements for agile based squads as well as more traditional functional requirements
Other/interpersonal skills needed to succeed:
Excellent teamwork skills
Organizational and leadership abilities - including the ability to run a requirement session with internal stakeholders and present back for approval
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams (e.g., BA's, UX/Designers, Developers, and QA)
Thrives in a high-pace, growth environment

Our teams are currently working from home, however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate your home working the environment is as follows:
