Job Requirements: Have at least 5 years and up experience Java J2EE development and technologies relating to internet & E-business Has a Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related courses is required Possess ability to lead and support the Development, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams Experience in handling and dispensing HR-related employee concerns and requests Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Good to have: ITIL, PMP, or any related certifications Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig if needed, but currently all employees are in a WFH set up Job Role: Lead, mentor and manage a team of IT Professionals to meet company's and projects' targets and quality objectives, with participation in the different stages of the software development life cycle such as user requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, training, documentation, maintenance and support Work closely with the assigned Project Manager / Project Director / Client's representative to meet respective project's targets and objectives timely and with quality deliveries Administration of the performance management process of the PH team with reference to the performance cycle Recruit, formulate and manage a team of IT professionals in fulfilment of respective project's target and objectives Work and align with HR as needed on matters such as staff replacement/augmentation, employee concerns, administrative cases, and enforcement of Company policies and code of conduct Create a Positive Working Environment and coordinate work efforts of each team members in a cohesive fashion May be required to travel oversee for project activities like presentation, project executions, project meetings and project support when necessary. Overseas stay may vary from days to much longer period (e.g. 2 - 3 months stay).
