About the Job
The Senior Team Leader (Offshore Recruiting) provides leadership to Offshore and Special Operations Recruiters, collaborates with Team Leaders in areas ranging from operations performance to training, development and employee recognition. The incumbent is responsible for directing and managing operational activities within recruiting and contributing to the team's overall strategic direction and operational success. The Senior Team Leader also supports program development initiatives and contributes to the design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Additionally, data analysis and productivity management are a key part of the role, as is authorizing and coordinating changes in staffing schedules.
As Senior Team Lead (Offshore Recruiting), You Will...
Provide supervision to Offshore Recruiters, Special Ops Recruiters, and Team Leads ensuring proper training, support, and candidate service is delivered
Promote professional and personal development of individual team members by administering performance evaluations, training needs, progressive disciplinary actions, and career opportunity programs
Learn and maintain extensive knowledge of 24-7 Intouch philosophy and service processes to ensure quality recruits are selected for campus interviews
Interview, select, train and facilitate onboarding for new team members
Requirements
As Senior Team Lead (Offshore Recruiting), You Have...
Some post-secondary education or completion of a post-secondary degree with a major in Business will be considered an asset
2-3 years' experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead/Supervisory role
Customer service experience in a high call volume contact center environment is preferred
Must have experience maintaining and developing operational statistics, financial management information and results reporting
Background in operations management will be considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
The ability to analyze and interpret Recruiting analytics
The ability to work in a fast-paced, and dynamic work environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
The ability to analyze and interpret Recruiting analytics
The ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings and holidays
Capable of performing intermediate mathematical functions
Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Adaptable to change and innovation
The ability to influence and motivate employees to attain program goals
