Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures timely & accurate tax filing & remittances/compliance of Ortigas Group
Handles reconciliation and closure of BIR audits; coordinates with consultants
Provides tax advisories; Assists in tax related studies/planning/projects Implements new tax laws/regulations
Oversees functions on Local Business Tax and Permits & Licenses
In-charge of Real Property Tax compliance & other real property related tasks
Oversees regulatory compliance of Manual Receipts, CAS, and POS machines
Coordinates with BIR and LGU offices, as necessary - All other finance related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy;
Must be a CPA - Must have at least 5 years working experience in an auditing/tax firm of which at least 3 years is with the Tax Group;
Knowledgeable in Philippines Taxation (local and national)
Experience in Audited Financial Statement preparation/consolidation is an advantage
Experience in SAP is an advantage
