Own and oversee daily tax operations with confidence and accuracy.
Lead BIR audits, defend our tax positions, and minimize assessments.
Design and refine processes to ensure full compliance with tax regulations.
Provide strategic tax advice to business units, partners, and leadership.
Build a team of tax champions with integrity and technical depth.
Accounting Excellence
Manage daily accounting for payments and banking operations.
Ensure timely and accurate P&L and balance sheet closures.
Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes and systems.
Advise stakeholders on accounting standards and best practices.
Lead accounting-related projects from planning to execution.
Mentor future accounting leaders with a focus on excellence and growth.
What You Need to Succeed:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in accounting and taxation.
Extensive experience in BIR discussions and audit processes-must be able to confidently handle regulatory engagements and compliance matters.
Preferably with a strong background in payments and digital banking.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in modern accounting tools and platforms.
Proven track record in mentoring teams and leading with impact.
Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
