Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a group of restaurants company. Our respective client is looking for a Sr. Tax Manager who handle tax guideline and procedures to ensure compliance to applicable rules & regulations. This position requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to the CFO and is located in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Provide Tax guideline and procedures to ensure compliance to applicable rules & regulations
Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual tax remittances to BIR & LGUsWith experience on handling BIR & LGU LOAs
Study data for budget and costs to understand the organization's tax outlook and financial situation
Build and maintain relationship with businesses/individuals to resolve tax or finance issues
Conduct risk reports for management analysis
Solve issues relating to planning and compliance of income tax and indirect tax
Prepare and maintain quarterly and annual income tax provision including all tax related disclosures
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Graduate of Accountancy (CPA & CTT has an advantage)
With at least 5 years of relevant experience within Local FMCG and/or food group or top casual dine restaurants
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Managerial or Assistant Manager level, handled 2-3 direct reports
Highly skilled in tax compliance, BIR requirement and LOA assessments
In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax law
