Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior Tax Manager in IT industry include the following:
• Ensure timely tax compliance and BIR filings of the PH entity
• Implement internal controls policies that promote tax compliance
• Comprehensive review and analysis of financial statements and tax returns
• Manage tax cases with regulators until its conclusion and resolution
• Provide tax efficient alternatives to the company's business units and transactions
• Coordinate with all business units and assist in monitoring implication of all issues and evaluate all present and future pricing strategies to ensure optimal level of efficiency
Profile
The successful candidate for the Senior Tax Manager role to be located in Taguig, City are the following:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems; can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Highly analytical with attention to details
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications
• CPA or CPA-Lawyer and have Certificate of Accreditation as Tax Practitioner
• 13 years of tax experience or more
• Good career progression track record from Tax firms and/or MNCs
• Exposure in managing taxes in tech/IT industry
• Has experience handling a big tax team
