We are looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts. Core to this need are expertise in:
Technical recruitment experience handling software development positions e.g. .NET, QE automation, Java etc.
Adept in different sourcing strategies (CV mining, headhunting, etc)
Ability to demonstrate excellent recruiting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ideally you will also have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related course (Graduate Degree always is a plus)
A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
Ability to work in the office once pandemic restrictions are eased
