You will be an experienced recruiter with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience and as a partner deliver strong knowledge of their talent segment. This role focuses on internal customer satisfaction by building strong business relationships and driving top candidate experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute strong hiring plans and follow a process that attracts and hires top talent to take Genesys to the next level.
Genesys leads the industry in Cloud Customer Experience Software. We're growing our Talent Team as we focus on hiring top talent to further our market share growth and product feature delivery goals.
What You'll Do:
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Consult with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and Finance Business Partners to understand hiring objectives and execute proactive recruiting strategies to accomplish aggressive hiring initiatives.
Demonstrated a proactive versus reactive recruiting approach.
Ability to Mentor and effectively deliver hiring requirements.
Responsible for the execution of sourcing strategies with the ability to work in multiple business units and/or be a strong and highly valued partner.
Creates a best-in-class candidate experience with very good candidate surveys and positive hiring team feedback.
Functions as the strong voice adding value throughout the process and knows where to search for passive talent. Fluent on profiles, competitors, and the technology industry.
Communicates well with candidates to outline elevator pitch, benefits, and the advantages of joining Genesys.
Manages the process with candidates and hiring managers following talent guidelines and SLA targets.
A trusted advisor where Business Leaders will consult with their Seniors on various Talent topics.
Identifies and qualifies candidates via phone screens, video and in-person interviews. Summarizes interview feedback with a professional submittal and recommends next steps for candidates.
Provides a strong pool of highly qualified and diverse candidates.
Assists on projects and adds value to the projects owning some of the work and research.
Understands the power of socializing jobs and works to engage hiring teams to spread the word and add value to the process.
Recognizes Taleo is our system of record and ensures it is used daily to follow all talent activity.
You've been there and done this...
A minimum of 8+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting highly passive candidates in the enterprise software space. (Cloud software development)
Proven experience educating, supporting and influencing technical hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing and selection.
A strong presence on LinkedIn and various social media sites with demonstrated ability to hire passive talent.
Excellent SLA results with supporting data that demonstrates strong funnels and owning your desk.
Solid experience using prior Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), complying with EEO processes and maintaining complete candidate tracking information. • Passionate about building diverse teams. • Diplomacy and confidentiality are a must.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing situations. Demonstrates they are agile and can adapt to changing business priorities.
Ability to handle high volume and diverse requisition load in a fast-paced environment
Covid-19
Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys. We continue to experience rapid growth during the Covid-19 pandemic and are conducting remote hiring and onboarding processes. All hiring and onboarding processes are being conducted remotely at this time. We utilize Zoom video meetings and phone calls during the interview process. We will be working remotely through at least June 30, 2021, in most locations and we are re-evaluating the opening date of all the Genesys offices on an ongoing basis.
