Job Description:
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading and overseeing the entire recruitment process to identify and hire top talent. This includes ensuring staffing needs are met, particularly for contact center programs and other vital roles, aligning with company requirements. Your leadership responsibilities will encompass
Leading and managing the complete agent recruitment process for our clients and other support roles within the company.
Developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans to achieve ambitious hiring goals.
Defining job requirements and collaborating closely with hiring managers to align on talent needs.
Leading and mentoring a recruitment team, ensuring effective practices for sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Overseeing the candidate sourcing strategy to attract high-quality talent and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Managing the offer process, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Analyzing recruitment metrics and continuously improving hiring processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5-7 years in recruitment, including leadership or managerial roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques, especially in high-volume hiring environments.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
Experience with employer branding and establishing a strong company presence in the talent market.
Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including social media platforms and data-driven recruitment strategies.
Knowledge of HR analytics and utilizing data to enhance recruitment effectiveness and decision-making.
Additional Details:
Work location: Onsite - QC
Work Schedule: Mid-shift to Night Shift (To confirm)
Non-negotiable requirements: Strong BPO experience, and must have experience with both Volume and Support Hiring
