This position is responsible for workforce planning, stakeholder collaboration, and managing external recruitment partners. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience guiding a recruitment team.Your Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the organization.
Develop and implement strategic staffing plans aligned with business needs.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective talent solutions.
Oversee external recruitment vendors and ensure smooth coordination and performance management.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment compliance and uphold company hiring standards.
Support initiatives that strengthen the organization's employer brand locally.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and a strong leadership background with experience managing a recruitment team.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to work onsite and on a mid-shift schedule.
