What you'll bring to us: Overall accountability for global TA process improvement and reporting for Engage Delivery. Leads reporting team by providing day-to-day control and direction on applicant assessment, selection and offer process and reporting to executives. Scope covers sales agent through executive level hiring targets and business support roles for a Engage. Collaborates with regional leaders on all recruitment reporting and process improvement needs for Engage Delivery to ensure t hiring and business support vacancies are tracked, forecasted and monitor to performance metrics. From time to time, participates in presentations to existing and potential clients or internal leaders on high volume recruiting methodologies, sourcing strategies and applicant reporting assessment. Ensures Hirepoint and other recruitment solutions are fully utilized by the Engage. What your team will do and you will manage: Being a Project Analyst is an incredible opportunity to contribute to an already high performing Talent Acquisition team. This role is integral to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition and retention activities. This includes delivering a high level of customer service to clients and establishing policies and initiatives to educate employees regarding various talent topics. The Project Analyst is responsible for providing systems and analytical support to the Corporate & Executive Talent Acquisition team. This role helps to manage key aspects of the Corporate and Executive recruiting process to include: systems management (Applicant Tracking System - Taleo, Oracle, Team SharePoint), team metrics and analytics, offer letter generation, drug and background processing, and new hire paperwork/transition. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. The Analyst must be highly confidential with sensitive information and demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable with the use of new technology to solve business problems. Must be able to approach problems creatively without direct instruction and resolve issues in a way that highlights and improves the customer experience. Our Project Analyst Duties & Responsibilities will include: Develop and expand Recruiting Analytics programs. Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to support the Talent organization. Analyze, document and prepare for development, configuration/workflow enhancements. Identify, analyze and document opportunities for process improvement and drive all aspects of process issues towards resolution. Responsible for identification of training needs and for Corporate/Enterprise Services & Executive Talent Team. Responsible for training content development for new and existing technology solutions and processes. Advanced user of both the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and HRIS systems (Oracle). Acts as a central point of contact for the enterprise representing the Talent Acquisition Team by becoming knowledgeable and proficient on all recruiting processes, programs, and tools. Supports and is a trusted resource for members of the team. Maintain documentation and identify compliance issues for policies, practices, and procedures. Administrator and content developer for team Intranet and SharePoint sites. What skills you'll need: Bachelor's Degree Strong knowledge in multiple TA/HC disciplines (marketing, talent assessment, compensation, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.). Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques 10+ years strong experience in Volume and Corporate Recruitment Proven ability to build relationships of trust with Director level leaders.
