RingCentral is looking for a Senior Tableau to join our dynamic Strategic Business moves team to build and extend our Data stack.
Working with the Analytics & Reporting Manager, Senior Tableau will be working with Tableau based frameworks to:
Support enterprise system development requirements. Senior Tableau position will directly support the reporting aspects of design, analysis, development, deployment, administration integration, and customization of several enterprises
Responsibilities:
Partner with instructional and operational teams to develop reports and address data needs to provide reporting solutions
Work with more senior members of project teams to synthesize and translate instructional and business data needs into creative visualizations and tools
Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of sophisticated reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using Tableau
Help refine standard methodologies used in implementations using Tableau server
Develop and document processes used in data flow automation and product management
Perform and detail data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources, Specifically, data residing in source systems.
Must-Have
Expertise and knowledge of Tableau to build business intelligence reports and visualizations (at least 3years)
Ability to learn tableau techniques quickly under the mentorship of a Senior Tableau Developer
Proficiency in developing and updating user documentation and training materials for business partners to serve as a reference
At least 3 years of working experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau software.
Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence projects, especially critical metrics, reports, and dashboards.
With knowledge of formal architecture and design.
With good SQL experience.

Problem-Solving - This role often involves working with the software from the beginning of a project until completion, so Tableau developers need to be able to tackle any problems that arise during the development stage and find alternative ways around issues
Innovative - This job required creativity and the ability to build innovative solutions to business problems. Tableau developers need to be self-motivated and have the initiative to find solutions and improvements to systems during prototyping and customer testing phases
Extreme attention to detail - Tableau developers need to have good attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies in coding or data. Additionally, they can remain focused when working on multiple parts of an application or system at the same time
Teamwork - Tableau developers work as part of a large team and work towards shared business and department goals, so the ability to work expertly with others is vital to being successful in this job
