Description:
We are looking for talented people who can support our team in IT Infrastructure team in projects, to implement the latest technologies as well as providing consultation to our internal customers. He / she will closely work with our IT Customers to modernize their existing System landscape. This Job will require strong IT knowledge and the ability to understand Infrastructure and the dependencies to the application systems. Most of the work will be project oriented in agile projects.
Position: Senior Systems Engineer for IT Application SLC Support team
Requirements:
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
3-5 years' experience as a technical consultant in a related industry
Experienced with using or managing ANY database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experienced with systems & data migration activities (e.g. upgrading to newer supported versions, legacy reduction & decommissioning, migration to different platforms)
Client Coordination/ Customer Service
Proven ability to keep up with IT Trends, technology and innovation
Good knowledge of ITIL Process (ITIL4 certified is preferred)
Proven ability to work well in an agile & fast paced project-based team approach
Experienced with user-centric service management approach
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Data collection of CMDB and live infrastructure, syncronize and fill CMDB data
Report of actual infrastructure components from different sources / xml, txt-list etc
data linking between applications, citrix server and business applications for cost back purposes

Excellent problem-solving skills
Analytical and technical skills
Effective Time Management skills to meet deadlines
Organize and execute projects and initiatives
Ability to drive replacement and modernization projects
Support our global IT team to ensure secured IT operations
Optimization of Infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and stability
Additional Skills:
Travel Considerations: The ability to attend face-to-face meetings abroad is required.
Specialized Hub: Should be in a specialized IT Service Center;
