Description:
Success Factors is our global HR system to manage global and local master data in Employee Central. Furthermore, Performance Management, Succession, Compensation Planning, Reporting, Onboarding and OpenText Extended Document Management System are used. This position is part of our new Success Factors IT Support Team in Manila.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Main responsibility is technical second level support. This covers incident and problem management as well as implementation of routine changes and bug fixing. This requires a strong collaboration with HR support, IT module leads and interface owners. In addition, this team will be involved in preparation, implementation and testing of change requests including management of Success Factors Releases.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2 years in support and configuration of Success Factors Employee Central module.
Experience in Troubleshooting.
Support and Incident Management based on defined support processes.
Basic know how about HR/IT processes across different process areas and interfaces.
Functional skills and configuration know-how in Employee Central.
OpenText Extended Document Management System is a plus as well as knowledge in Success Factors Performance Mgmt., Succession, Compensation planning, Reporting or Onboarding modules.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills (English).
Excellent problem resolution skills.
Attention to detail.
Proactive and organized.
Documentation.
