Candidate will be part of the IT Enterprise Data Services (IT EDS) organization, and a member of the IT EDS Application Integration APAC team.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Application Integration team offers services for the complete integration lifecycle - including activities such as Integration Architecture, Integration development, platform (middleware) administration and operation support.
We are looking for an experienced system analyst for administration of our SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) platform. The person is required to have experience and knowledge as well in connectivity topics.
The scope includes:
Support projects on integration requirements throughout the project lifecycle, especially topic related to connectivity
Contribute in 3rd level support of SAP PO/CPI system (Incident Management, Problem Management, transport, troubleshooting, etc)
Perform management of SAP PO/CPI authorization roles and user accounts
Hands on experience in integration adapters/protocols such as IDOC, SOAP, REST, JDBC, MAIL, XML, JSON, AS2
Ensure network connectivity between PO/CPI system, 3rd Party system and all the connected systems are proper and up to date.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
Degree in Computer Science or comparable professional experience
Excellent organizational and analytical, results oriented, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
Technical knowledge with SAP PO and SAP CPI
Understanding of network routing and firewall concepts
Understanding of commonly used integration transport protocols (FTP/SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS, AS2, JDBC)
Familiar with usage of digital certificates and encryption (TLS/SSL, PGP, SFTP keypairs)
Knowledge on ITIL processes
Fluent in English
Optional: Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.
