Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
In charge of the maintenance, configuration, and dependable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
Monitor and track system performance to ensure that everything runs smoothly and securely.
Providing technical support and maintain internal infrastructure requirements.
Resolves system failures and troubleshoots issues as soon as possible.
Performing outside of standard hours upgrades, patching, maintenance and etc when required
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Systems Administration
Experience in an MSP environment is a plus
Exposure in Windows Server, Azure AD, Office 365, Remote Desktop Servers and SaaS-based servers.
With decent experience with Network Administration. (VLAN, Routers, Network Management - Juniper, Arista and Meraki)
Exposure in Windows Operating Systems and Servers 2012/2016/2019
Knowledgeable in Networking Services: DNS, DHCP
Experience in Security Patch Management
Exposure in Email Filtering - Mimecast
Certifications are highly preferred
