The Devex Survey team leads quantitative and qualitative surveys and other customized projects for Devex clients, conducts in-depth assessments and reports on issues that matter most to the global development community, and develops business-focused editorial content, including practical business analysis and advice.

Job Description
As a Surveys Senior Associate, you'll work closely with the rest of the Surveys team. You should be comfortable with managing timelines, working with clients in a consultative process, managing and analyzing large data sets and managing a project team.
The Surveys Senior Associate will be responsible for:
Leading and providing detailed data analysis for custom research projects such as surveys, special reports, and other special research and writing projects
Liaising with international clients on consultancy and research projects
Planning and outlining custom research projects and provide detailed advice and insights to our clients
Coordinating with internal implementation teams on sales, design, editorial, and marketing activities
Contribute to product quality improvements by exploring innovations and best practices on design, analysis and reporting for surveys
Plan and outline custom research projects and provide detailed advice and insights to our clients
Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Here are the basic requirements you'll need as a Surveys Senior Associate ...
Have at least 5 years of work experience in related roles demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
Direct client and accounts management experience
Excellent written and spoken English and, verbal communication skills
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work 40 hours per week
Willingness to work in a global team across multiple time zones and locations
Previous experience with MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio or Airtable (or other platforms)
Previous experience with data analysis and visualization.
Work authorization for the location.
