What you will do as a (Senior) Superintendent
In the position of (Senior) Superintendent within Boskalis Earthmoving and Mining you will:
Supervise daily management of equipment
Lead a team of 30 to 50 people, mostly local drivers and foremen
Carry out quality checks
Ensure work process efficiency.
What you offer
You can make your mark as a (Senior) Superintendent if you have the following:
A technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or similar
At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a foreman or superintendent within the earthmoving sector
A hands-on mentality along with the expertise and ability to enjoy managing an operational team of expats and locals
Flexibility: you can handle working in shifts and being located in Manila for a longer period of time.
An excellent command of the English language
