Job Qualifications:
A Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 5 years experience as Structural Engineer- preferably in Pre-cast Industry locally or abroad
Have background in designing vertical & horizontal structures
Familiar with different construction methodology
Knowledgeable in concrete & steel design of structural elements and other civil related structures.
Job Functions & Basic duties:
Preparing reports, designs & drawings
Making calculations about loads & stresses
Selecting appropriate construction materials
Providing technical advise
Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval
Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects
Monitoring & inspecting work undertaken by contractors
Administering contracts
Managing projects
Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations
