In your unique role on the broader Human Resources team, you will help attract talent for Western Union (WU) worldwide, with a focus on the APAC & EMEA regions. Using your experience and creativity, you'll strengthen brand perception through marketing communications activities that encourage engagement with current and potential candidates. Have you researched Western Union as an employer? Some of the content you have seen on our social and digital channels will be within your scope. You will also build effective partnerships with teammates, stakeholders, senior leaders, and others, e.g., marketing, social media, HR, legal, creative agencies, etc. You'll hone your marketing communications skills, execute strategic deliverables, and deepen your knowledge of our innovative branding for well-written, on-brand, and on-message content. In turn, you'll gain a deep understanding of how what you do is imperative to our business.
You will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with five or more years' progressive experience in employer brand-related roles. You will understand how an employer brand aligns with the value proposition and attracts talent for a Fortune 500 company. You will have demonstrated capabilities in social & digital media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Mogul, etc., developing marketing and branding creatives, managing ads, and evaluating analytics. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency is necessary for this role. You will be energetic and creative with impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail. You will be able to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines. Experience writing for an international company, Adobe Photoshop, website design, talent application systems, and video production awareness will set you apart from others.
