8x8 is seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to support the new customer implementation process in our Mid-Market segment (100-1000 users) at a global scale. The ideal Sr. Solution Delivery Advisor is someone who is eager to both make a great first impression on our customers and who strives to enable them each and every day. This is a hybrid position located in Metro Manila.
About the Job
The Sr. Solution Delivery Advisor is responsible for not only helping our customers get comfortable using 8x8 products, but also ensuring that they have an excellent experience doing so. To respond to the many challenges that a new customer may face, the Sr. Solution Delivery Advisor must be adaptable, self-reliant, and detail oriented. Enabling a customer to deploy successfully while from a remote position also requires excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide/Execute on detailed deployment project plans with customers
Meet with sales teams pre-deployment to gather critical deployment information
Set and meet critical deployment deadlines with customers
Act as single point of contact for any on-boarding issues and escalate as needed to the appropriate support team for issue resolution
Ensure that customer has sufficient services and products to meet their business needs
Provide/Coordinate training resources to enable customer to both successfully implement and use 8x8 products
Track and report on project health during deployment process
Conduct post-deployment debriefing meetings with customers to ensure the deployment has met all expectations
Requirements:
Preferable 5 years of project coordination, customer support training or leadership experience in a SaaS environment
Experience in coordinating projects, especially with multiple contributors is required
Experience with major VOIP protocols: SIP and MGCP knowledge is a plus
Strong communication skills are a must
Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to present new ideas and gain consensus with managers
Working knowledge of routers, switches and other network components is a plus
Candidate must be flexible in working hours ( UK, US, and ANZ Business Hours) depending on business needs
