Our Opportunity
Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical RAN solutions
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations
Support deployment of solution
Collaborate and provide feedback to R&D
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing
Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable customer competence build
To be successful in the requirements are
Education: Bachelor / Master's degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science)
Must have shown experience of at least 5 years in network solution / focusing on pre-sales, network optimization or integration is a required experience for this role.
Have Customer insight, Ericsson networks portfolio knowledge, Market insight, commercial & financial acuity, End user experience and its dependencies on different domain and solution
Functional/ Technical: Demonstrate high order competence in the Network domain with understanding of 4G/5G Radio interface and system architecture
Able to make compelling solution proposition, architecture, functional compliance, structuring of network engagements and Experience driving and developing innovative first-time solutions
Leadership: Ability to lead and influence solution and domain strategy - teams, customer and colleagues within CU
Strategic Problem solver & Results-oriented - Focus on driving Network strategy in the account and Customer Centricity
Sales/Customer: Ability to engage with customer in highly collaborative value creation business solutions with commercial understanding and ability to maneuver and align solution, scope in a very internal and external partner environment
Other outstanding Requirements: Deep understanding of industry trends and leading in a matrixed organization
Experience working in LTE RAN in operator or vendor environment
