Requirements:
- 6+ years of Software Development experience.
- Development skills with Java, T-SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
- Experience using Hibernate and Springboot
- Background in large enterprise web projects (industries such as Finance, Payments, Banking, E-commerce, or Fraud Management)
- Ability to effectively relate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and articulate the business value of a given technical solution
- Experience with Relational Databases, such as SQL Server and MySQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills
- Hands-on coding
- Can supervise and mentor Jr engineers
- Experience working in an Agile engineering environment and following Agile practices
- Familiarity with Continuos Integration and Continuos Delivery tools & practices
- Familiarity or experience with working in a DevOps culture
- Experience building highly scalable and high-performance services
- Knowledge of different software design patterns
- Experience and/or enthusiasm to mentor learned skills
- Willing to work on graveyard shift
