Job Summary: We are seeking am experienced and motivated Project-Based Senior Software Developer.
As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate with an intimate team working on a focused software app project. Your primary responsibility will be to share expert knowledge and actively contribute to the design and development of complex software solutions. Your extensive expertise in software development and architectural principles will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our projects and delivering high-quality products. Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
2. Collaborate closely with project team proponents and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and technical specifications.
3. Design and architect robust and scalable software solutions that align with business goals and adhere to best practices.
4. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
5.Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
6. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
7. Participate in the selection and adoption of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve the development process.
8. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, debugging and optimizing code for performance improvements.
9. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their implementation when appropriate.
Job Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
*Proven track record as a Senior Developer or in a similar leadership role within a software development team.
*Extensive experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
*Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and design principles.
*Proficiency in leading Agile development practices and and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ASANA).
*Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
*Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
*Continuous learning mindset, keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid Reporting
