Job Description
Setup test automation tools/frameworks and write automation test scripts
Collaborate with test automation delivery team member to ensure that as a team, we can deliver the test automation project on time
Ensure daily automation tests run, and results are collected and communicated to stakeholders
Provide a practical approach to complex product testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for regression testing.
Train manual and hybrid QAs with regard to test automation processes
Review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases
Develop testing tools to assist manual QAs in their testing tasks
Innovate on strategies of properly validating API and end to end applications
Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Test Automation development and QA.
Solid background in programming: C#, JavaScript
Good working experience in MS SQL or other relational database
Experience in API testing, XML, Web Services, REST API, UI Testing.
Proficiency with GIT, Postman, Jenkins, Azure DevOps deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of the following Test Automation Frameworks: data-driven, keyword-driven and hybrid test automation
Familiar with automation testing tools particularly Katalon
