Key Responsibilities * Developing data modelling, data manipulation, aggregation and analysis of quantitative data forecast and trending of performance data to derive actionable intelligence using programming languages and data visualization tool Key Responsibilities Developing data modelling, data manipulation, aggregation and analysis of quantitative data forecast and trending of performance data to derive actionable intelligence using programming languages and data visualization tools To participate in the whole cycle of dashboard and analytics development from understanding Clients' needs through data sourcing, development of dashboards and analytics in Business Intelligence software to hyper care and on-going support after the delivery Support both technical and project manager leads for business intelligence and analytics projects for a variety of internal and external clients To contribute to the implementation of agile methodology of analytics and reporting development Assuring data integrity and effective reports validation To communicate with various stakeholders, such as: Clients, other analysts, platform developers, project managers, etc. To propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization and analytics Requirements Expert level usage of products such as: Tableau, SharePoint, Jira and SQL (Dataiku and Dremio would be a bonus) Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills Proficiency in database technologies such as Microsoft Access or SQL Server Experience in working with data warehouses, data marts as data sources Create, maintain and optimize data visualizations and dashboards (in Tableau, Power BI, Dash, Shiny) Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex data sets Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity Ability to communicate with stakeholders to gain requirements and gather information Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences (both internal and external) Focused on getting things done Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible and collaborative Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects) A creative thinker and a problem-solver Excellent communication skills DESIRABLE Agile/Scrum methodologies experience SSC/BPO experience
