Must-Have up to date Salesforce Developers Certification and other relevant Salesforce Certification. Platform 1&2.
Must have the technical know-how for building lighting web components and Lightning Custom Page on Experience Cloud
● Experience leading small and medium-sized teams
● Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
● Experience working on Salesforce platforms
● Experience working in other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, InterAction, SalesLogix, Oracle Siebel, SAP etc.) preferred
● Direct experience working on CRM projects
● Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
● Experience and expertise in software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Lightning Aura, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
● Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
● Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
● Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
● A desire to work with the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies (Salesforce DX, Deployment Platforms, Visual Flow Builder, WebStorm/VisualCode IDEs, Talend Open Studio, Visual Studio, object-relational (O/R) mapping (NHibernate), NUnit)
● A desire to lead from the front within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
● Diplomacy: the ability to demonstrate patience and understanding
● Flexibility: willingness to go above and beyond
