Rate: $8/hr and earn 77,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Central European Summer Time with 30 min lunch and two 15 min breaks 
 
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in business processes and security to join our dynamic team. Specialized security experience is a big requirement. This role will be crucial in addressing critical gaps in our Salesforce infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our unique business model, and maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Review a comprehensive assessment of company's current Salesforce implementation and identify areas for improvement, particularly in business processes and security
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with company's AI-driven order processing system and marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain robust security protocols within Salesforce to protect sensitive customer and order data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations
• Create and optimize workflows to support company's 24/7 live order processing capabilities and integration with various ERP systems
• Implement Salesforce solutions to enhance our marketing assistant features, including campaign analytics and promotion management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Provide guidance and training to team members on Salesforce best practices, security measures, and efficient use of the platform
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential implementation to support company's growth and evolving needs
 
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on business process optimization and security implementation
• Salesforce certifications: Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, and Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security features, including Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security, and Shield Platform Encryption
• Extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce for companies in the B2B SaaS or food tech industries
• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and experience in implementing compliant Salesforce solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient Salesforce solutions
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and other third-party applications
