Responsibilities
Designing, developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining complex customized solutions, workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects and other types of Salesforce customization
Delivery of project milestones / tasks to agreed deadlines and quality standards
Being self-sufficient in delivering work and overcoming technical problems and barriers encountered through research
Providing regular updates on project progress to immediate head, project managers and customers.
Working with the team to overcome knowledge gaps and help the team progress
Working closely with QA to ensure testing and rework cycle is communicated, documented, and undertaken
Providing all documentation (technical and testing) pertaining to their work
Delivering handover meetings to customer and application support
Will be assigned in the Mid-Shift (3pm - 12mn midnight)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
Understanding of Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing, Platform, Einstein, and AppExchange solutions
Experience in developing and implementation of Classic and Lightning components (including web components), Visualforce, workflow solutions using Apex, Salesforce configuration, triggers, and APEX APIs
Experience in data migration using workbench, Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard
Experience in Scrum or agile methodologies
Experience in use of JIRA for task tracking
Experienced working on Salesforce integration into other platforms
Good understanding of security implementations such as sharing rules at object level, field level, profile & roles and record level, and system audit trail setup for different users based on Organizational hierarchy.
Intermediate to Advanced C#/NET development skills
3-5 + years' experience using APEX
Intermediate to Advanced Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Knowledge of Flosum is a plus
Salesforce Developer certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English, as this role with have heavy exposure to offshore counter parts.
Please note that this will be on a "Work From Home" set-up until further notice is given to report onsite. The hired professional will be issued a device/IT peripherals to perform his/her tasks.
