FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SALES & MARKETING
- Establishes sales and marketing plans by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales target of in-house clients
- Maintains sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand, economic indicators and competitors.
- Achieves sales target set by the company.
2. SALES PLANNING
- Contributes in the setting of sales target aligned with company sales policies and strategies for in-house accounts
- Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Meest with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our relationship with them.
4. MANPOWER SUPERVISION
- Provides on-the-ground support to In-House Account Liaison during client calls and meetings.
- Supervises & motivates the In-House Account Liaison to develop their skills to ensure a high professional standards are met
- Supervises the overall scheduling, process implementation and status of jobs with the team's Project Lead.
5. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Maintains technical and professional knowledge by keeping oneself informed about the various printing processes of the company.
- Continually develops knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for his in-house accounts
6. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prepares and accomplish monthly reports for discussion with the Sales Team and ManCom.
- Maintains data relative to In-House Clients and Accounts
