Job Description
What you will be doing:
Responsible in managing, converting and developing new client base.
Accountable for booking individual and/or group business from key accounts.
Submits weekly sales report, itinerary, entertainment schedule and monthly expenses.
Provides after-sales service and immediately addresses guests complains and escalates if necessary.
Work Experience
Graduate of a degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in the same capacity.
Effective communication, guest relations, selling and negotiating skills.
Has keen attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
